With a locker, you have a place to store your shower supplies, gym bag, office materials…anything! We aspire to make your days as efficient as possible.

Printing, scanning, and faxing are provided for all members. Plus, the printer area is stocked with paper, paper shredder, and a paper cutter to help you maintain the documents that keep your business moving.

The new Foundry Garage is directly behind your new office. This makes parking convenient and easy for you and your guests. Portsmouth residents pay $100/month, non-Portsmouth residents pay $125/month. We add this charge to your monthly invoice. There is no limit on the number of parking passes you can get.
